Terms and conditions and return policy

These terms and conditions specifically apply to all orders of K-pop albums and merchandise placed through the Daebak Noona website.

Important: Unboxing Video Required

To properly address any issues with the contents of your order (such as missing or damaged parts), we require an uninterrupted unboxing video for every order. It is essential that you film the package from the moment you open the shipping box. Without such a video, we unfortunately cannot process complaints about the contents.

1. General & Pricing

Daebak Noona is registered with the Chamber of Commerce. All our K-pop albums and merchandise are guaranteed 100% original and official.

2. Ordering and Payment

An agreement is final once you have completed the order in the webshop and payment has been made. We offer secure online payment methods via our website.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Daebak Noona does its best to ship your order as quickly as possible. The current shipping costs are clearly calculated in the shopping cart and are at the expense of the buyer. At checkout, we offer a choice of the following shipping methods:

 Standard Shipping (Own Risk): Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped via regular mail. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by the postal service. The risk of shipping in this case lies with the buyer.

 Registered & Insured Shipping (Recommended): For extra security, we offer the option to send your shipment registered and insured (up to a value of €500.00). With this method, your package can always be tracked via Track & Trace and will only be delivered to the specified address (signature upon receipt). In case of loss or damage during transit, the shipment is covered by the carrier.

If you choose standard shipping, you agree to the risk of loss or damage during transit. For valuable and fragile K-pop albums, we therefore always recommend the option of registered and insured shipping.

4. Right of Returns (Cooling-off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. The costs for the return shipment are at the customer's expense.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Return

Due to the unique collectible value and exclusive content of K-pop products, the right of return expires in the following cases:

 K-pop albums: Albums can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original, undamaged plastic factory seal. Once the seal or foil is broken, the return will be immediately refused. This prevents exclusive content (such as photo cards/photocards) from being removed from the album.

 K-pop Merchandise: Official merchandise may only be returned in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. Items with broken factory stickers or clear signs of use will not be accepted for return.

6. Production Errors and Content

We exclusively sell factory-sealed K-pop products directly from South Korea.

 Daebak Noona is not responsible for any production errors by the Korean producer or missing content within a factory-sealed product (such as a misprint or a missing photo card from the factory).

 

If a return arrives opened, without its original seal, or damaged, Daebak Noona cannot process the return and no refund will be issued.
