Protection of your product

The outer packaging (outer case) is solely intended to protect the contents. Damage such as scratches, dents or discolouration to the outside of the box cannot be compensated.

The same applies to the covers of magazines and photo books; these are considered part of the outer packaging.

Important: Returns and factory seal

Please note: Do not remove the original factory seal if you wish to return the product. We cannot accept returns of products where the seal has been broken, as the contents (such as photocards and other collectibles) cannot be sold as new after opening.

Damage to the outer packaging (outbox)

Has the box arrived damaged?

Please send us a photo of the outside of the shipping box AND a photo of the damaged product.

Important: Keep all products and packaging materials until we have resolved the situation with the carrier.

Damage or missing components (product components)

Is something not right in the packaging or is something missing?

For complaints about the contents of the album, we require an unboxing video.

Manufacturers now require an uninterrupted video of the unboxing to process claims for missing or damaged components. Therefore, make sure to film the package from the moment you open the shipping box.
